The Vision. The Mission.

Founded in 2019, the team at Ten Forty Six Farms aims to connect all humans to local freshness; inspiring feeling good about green living in our work and our knowledge.

We are committed to increasing community food security, while supporting economic and social impact.

By growing food staples that are eaten daily; we serve as a bridge, connecting community to traditional foods and herbs, we seek to be a replicable, model farm for aspiring anyone to grow their own food. Continue browsing our site and get in touch for more information.

Our Where, What & How: About

The Value.

Dedicated to providing high quality local good stuff, implementing the best conservation practices and connecting to community.

Save the Bees!

Bees play a very important role in relation to agricultural production in both quality and quantity. Wildflowers and native grasses are most often found in conservation practices on working lands that aim to support pollinators, including honey bees, native bees and butterflies.

About 35 percent of the world’s food crops depend on pollinators to reproduce. Studies show that native wildflowers are four times more attractive to pollinators than non-native wildflowers.

Ten Forty Six Farms will provide critical habitat for pollinators, beneficial insects and wildlife, which is important for ecosystem function and pollination.

Eat Local

Food Staples Crop Production

Fruits and veggies may lose some of their nutrients during transportation and processing or while sitting on grocery store shelves. If you have the opportunity to purchase locally grown options, you may get the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to nutrition. Feel good about it at the same time! Contribute to a healthier ecosystem by supporting our small business and our green space; now that's living!
